A Fog

Well, we've all seen fog pile up on a cold winter morning. Fog is quite an inspiration for poets, it sure became an inspiration for me when I went to Nainital in Uttarakhand and watched as the fog slowly covered everything in sight. Hope you like this poem!

A  Fog
A fog blocks my line of sight.
A fog thick and white.
A fog that blankets the valley below.
A fog that lays down low.
A fog so misty and grey.
A fog that blocks the sun's every ray
A fog that threads through the mountains
A fog that forever remains.
A fog no one can walk through.
A fog that separates me and you.
A fog at dusk and dawn.
A fog that the world has drawn.

It's a sadistic poem expressing anger and the feeling inside one mind, right?? Ig

Sadistic wouldn't be the right word, sadistic technically mean gaining pleasure by inflicting pain upon others, but if you meant it in a way like 'a sad poem' then yes you could say so. Thankyou for digging in so deep into the poem, I myself didn't think of its deeper meaning when I wrote it.
