Jason and the turns of destiny.

I don't really like short stories, so it is a real challenge for me to write them. This is actually a story I had submitted for a competition in seventh grade, so it matches the theme they gave us so I'm admitting that it wasn't my own idea but I did write it on my own.

Jason and the Turns of Destiny

A house full of timepieces, a gentleman stern about his timings, what could go wrong in this place? Jason, who happened to be the man who lived here, woke up precisely when he was supposed to. Not a minute more or less. He got dressed in his cream-coloured overcoat, and glasses and started to walk downstairs.
He walked down. He stood at the portico for an instant, and when the clock struck 8 'o clock, he stepped out of his house. He took out his pocket watch to check the time but discovered it didn't function. He bobbed the clock, assuming that it would work. Just as he was doing that, a bus collided with him!
He awoke and realized it was just a nightmare but was startled as he witnessed himself do everything he did in his dream. He followed himself down to the and tumbled when he came outside. Sees himself perish again in the calamity.
He woke up again to see two forms of himself perform the activities that happened in the context before. He tried to stop himself. He followed as the series of actions repeated once more. He dodged himself as he fell and walked outside. He saw the bus and threw the garden gnome in his front yard toward the bus, which crashed. Even after these efforts, the calamity still happened.
And again did Jason wake up. He was so worried about this tragedy that he threw his clock as it shattered time slowed, getting more time to save himself. Rushing outside and saw three versions of himself performing the activities.
After understanding that there was never only one method of solving a crisis, he knew that the straightforward method wasn't the easiest or even the correct method. He shut closed the pocket watch distracting him. He stopped, and the bus went by. Today Jason learned a lesson and saved himself from death.
